I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Reno! The rooms were truly unique and perfect for celebrating my husband's birthday. It felt like a trip down memory lane to my college years. The service could use a bit of improvement, but overall, it was a great experience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nice and unlike anything I've seen in other hotels in Reno.
Service
6.0
I did contact the owners once, and they weren't as friendly as I hoped, but at least they smiled. Improvement is needed here.
Location
5.0
The location is smack dab in downtown Reno, which is okay but not great. It was a bit odd with a large vagrant population nearby.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was average, with some issues during happy hour and room service, but the food options were good overall.
Facilities
The facilities were decent, nothing extraordinary but served their purpose well.

6.2/10

The hotel offers a smoke-free environment, perfect for couples desiring socializing spaces while maintaining privacy with separate bedroom and bathroom. The location provides an excellent view of the city lights, though a bit rundown. The service is exceptional despite seeming obligated at times, with a mix of positive and disappointing dining experiences.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms could use some refurbishment but are genuinely smoke-free as advertised. Ideal for couples seeking privacy and socializing areas.
Service
7.0
The service is exceptional every time, although at times it felt like the staff were not entirely enthusiastic. Paid extra for 'VIP' services that didn't meet expectations.
Location
6.0
The location is centrally placed, offering easy access to the city's amenities. However, the downtown area seemed a bit empty and lacking lively attractions.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience had its ups and downs, with crowded hallways during happy hour and delayed room service resulting in cold food.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers limited facilities, including club lounge dining and takeout options. Not the most extensive offerings available.

5.8/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered amazing views, but unfortunately, they reeked of marijuana due to the inadequate air conditioner vent. The service was overall professional and friendly, but they attempted to charge me $5.00 every time I removed my car from the parking garage. The location was central with great views of the surrounding casinos, but it was borderline sketchy with homeless and intoxicated people around. The dining options were disappointing, and the facility had some issues, but the venue accepted dogs, which was a nice touch.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had amazing space and views, but the smell of marijuana coming from the air conditioner vent all night was a downside.
Service
8.0
The service was very professional, although the attempt to charge for parking was a little concerning.
Location
6.0
The location was great for casino views, but the presence of homeless individuals made it feel borderline sketchy.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a disaster with limited hot food items available in the restaurant downstairs.
Facilities
5.0
Some facilities had issues, but the fact that dogs were allowed is a nice touch.
