Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Reno! The rooms were truly unique and perfect for celebrating my husband's birthday. It felt like a trip down memory lane to my college years. The service could use a bit of improvement, but overall, it was a great experience.
The hotel offers a smoke-free environment, perfect for couples desiring socializing spaces while maintaining privacy with separate bedroom and bathroom. The location provides an excellent view of the city lights, though a bit rundown. The service is exceptional despite seeming obligated at times, with a mix of positive and disappointing dining experiences.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered amazing views, but unfortunately, they reeked of marijuana due to the inadequate air conditioner vent. The service was overall professional and friendly, but they attempted to charge me $5.00 every time I removed my car from the parking garage. The location was central with great views of the surrounding casinos, but it was borderline sketchy with homeless and intoxicated people around. The dining options were disappointing, and the facility had some issues, but the venue accepted dogs, which was a nice touch.
